How does the delivery work?
Large and fragile items are transported with one of our furniture shipping partners. In exceptional cases, we also ship items very well packed on pallets. We will inform you in detail about the transport process after your order via email. We ship items suitable for parcel delivery via DHL.

Are the prices negotiable?
All the furniture offered in our shop has been expertly restored by hand using meticulous craftsmanship. Our prices are calculated fairly and are generally non-negotiable.
Inspection and incoming inspection
Each piece of furniture is checked for authenticity, material quality and signs of wear. We decide which measures are necessary to preserve the original value. The goal is to put a piece of furniture on sale at the end of the restoration that is almost as good as new.
Cleaning
All furniture is thoroughly and gently cleaned. Wood, fabric and leather are treated taking into account the specific characteristics of the material. For this, we use high-quality cleaning agents.
Professional processing
Experienced employees sand and paint all pieces of furniture inside and out, check screws and replace hinges or keyholes. Shelves are cleaned, defects in the wood grain are repaired, and missing parts are added. Damages are professionally repaired, upholstered furniture is reupholstered and covered, newer ones are cleaned with a wet vacuum cleaner.
Finishing and final inspection
In the final step, a careful surface treatment is carried out (e.g. oiling, polishing, sealing). After that, each piece of furniture is checked again before it goes on sale.
