How does the delivery work?
Large and fragile items are transported with one of our furniture shipping partners. In exceptional cases, we also ship items very well packed on pallets. We will inform you in detail about the transport process after your order via email. We ship items suitable for parcel delivery via DHL.

Are the prices negotiable?
All the furniture offered in our shop has been expertly restored by hand using meticulous craftsmanship. Our prices are calculated fairly and are generally non-negotiable.
Inspection and incoming inspection
Each piece of furniture is checked for authenticity, material quality and signs of wear. We decide which measures are necessary to preserve the original value. The goal is to put a piece of furniture on sale at the end of the restoration that is almost as good as new.
Cleaning
All furniture is thoroughly and gently cleaned. Wood, fabric and leather are treated taking into account the specific characteristics of the material. For this, we use high-quality cleaning agents.
Professional processing
All pieces of furniture are sanded and repainted inside and out by experienced staff. Screws are checked and hinges or keyholes are replaced if necessary. All shelves are checked for cleanliness, imperfections in the wood grain are meticulously repaired, and missing parts are added. In this process, all damage is professionally repaired. This results in a piece of furniture that almost achieves its original condition. Upholstered furniture is reupholstered and covered with fresh fabric. If possible, we retain the old spring core. Newer upholstered furniture is cleaned with a wet vacuum cleaner. Stains are gently removed.
Finishing and final inspection
In the final step, a careful surface treatment is carried out (e.g. oiling, polishing, sealing). After that, each piece of furniture is checked again before it goes on sale.
